Best IB school
After the excellent results in the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the EvAU, LLedó is once again the best school in the Valencian Community, and among the best in Europe.
The publication of the results of the International Baccalaureate (IB) assessment tests has once again placed Agora Lledó International School in Castellón, which belongs to the Globeducate group, in the leading positions among schools both nationally and internationally. Lledó pupils obtained an average score of 38.5 points (equivalent to a 9.3 on the national Baccalaureate scale), with half of the pupils scoring over 40. This is well above the world average score of 33.02.
According to the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), the number of students worldwide who have sat these prestigious exams, which open the doors to study at the best universities in the world, has exceeded 170,000, while in Spain the number has risen to almost 4,000 students.
These results, which also represent a historic record for Lledó, confirm this school in Castellón in the prestigious places worldwide, as, in this way, the school consolidates its position as the best IB school in the Valencian Community, it does not fall from the podium of the top 3 nationally and once again appears among the top 5 in Europe. These results, taking into account the results of the last 4 years, highlight Lledó as the best IB school in Spain.
It is noteworthy that these results have been produced in a very difficult context for the development of education, such as the Covid pandemic. The difficulties for students and teachers in adapting to this difficult situation have nevertheless become a challenge to surpass what has been achieved in previous years. In addition to the numbers from the IB exams, there are the numbers from the EvAU exams (better known as Selectividad). The 39 students who sat the EvAU at Lledó School achieved an average in the general phase of 7.851, of which more than 38% obtained 12 or more points and more than 15% obtained more than 13. With 100% passes, Lledó School was also positioned more than one point above the average for the Valencian Community.
Forbes magazine placed Lledó School among the best schools in Spain in 2021, by assessing differentiating issues of quality in education. Always at the forefront of pedagogy, international education and educational innovation, the results obtained in 2021 confirm Lledó once again as the best school in the Valencian Community, and among the best in Spain and Europe.
